Shipping & Delivery Policy

Saltcellar ships physical hosting kits worldwide with tracked delivery. This policy explains costs, timescales and what to expect.
1. Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Sweden. If your country is not listed, contact support@rocsalcateve.shop and we will do our best to help.
2. Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your box is on its way.
3. Delivery estimates
- United States & Canada: 4–8 business days
- United Kingdom & Ireland: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 4–9 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 6–12 business days
Estimates are guidance and may vary with carrier and customs handling.
4. Shipping cost
Standard tracked shipping is $12.00 per order. Table Club members ship free on orders over $60.00, and Host Society members ship free on every order. All prices are in USD.
5. Duties and taxes
For international orders, any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price shown at checkout.
6. Tracking, delays and lost parcels
Track your parcel using the link in your dispatch email. If a delivery is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us at support@rocsalcateve.shop and we will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, resend or refund.
7. Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly, though we will always try to help recover a misdirected order.
