Refund & Returns Policy

You may return most kits within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused and in their original packaging with all pieces included. Start a return by emailing support@rocsalcateve.shop with your order number.

For health and hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned once used or unsealed — including drinking glassware once used, and the non-alcoholic syrups in the Mocktail Bar Kit once opened. Printable and digital hosting content is non-refundable once accessed. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund including any return shipping.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned goods. Original shipping costs are refunded where the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items we do not receive.

You can cancel Table Club at any time from your account or by contacting us; access continues until the end of the current billing period, and we do not pro-rate part-months. Membership fees already billed are non-refundable except where required by law, and unused member benefits do not carry over.
